Swap Shop
The Swap Shop is located in the yellow building at the corner of the school parking lot. There are baskets set up outside the front door of the Swap Shop for swaps coming in and going out.
We would prefer that all donations are left in these baskets and not in the school office.

Saint Bridget School 2025-2026
School Year Extension Program
General Information

Program operates only while school is in session. It does not operate during vacations or if school is cancelled.

Hours are 7:00 to 8:30 am and 3:20 to 5:30 pm. On early dismissal days hours are 1:20 to 5:30 pm. On final days before holiday break, and on the last day of school, extension hours end at 4:30pm

All children are automatically enrolled in the program as part of the registration process.

Payments are non-refundable and credit cannot be given for days not used.

For new families enrolling in the extended day program, please email Mrs. Christina Sipala at csipala@stbridgetschool.org.
* Indicate which plan name you choose and how many children will be attending.
* Once email is received, you will receive an email notifying you that your child(ren) are all set and are enrolled in the program.
Monthly Plans

If your child(ren) were enrolled in a monthly plan the prior year, they will be automatically enrolled in the same plan for the current school year unless the school is contacted to opt out or change plan.

Fees are invoiced on the 15th of the month for the following month through FACTS as an incidental charge.

Payments can be made anytime on or after the 15th but must be paid by the 25th to keep your account current.

Preferred method of payment is via FACTS versus personal check at the school.

If you wish to pay in full for the year or for multiple months please contact the school to make arrangements.

Monthly fees are structured to take into account days that school is not in session such as vacations, holidays and cancellations.

The month of June will be prorated based on the number of days school is in session.

If you wish to cancel or change your monthly plan, notice must be provided to the school in writing by the 12th of the prior month so your billing for the following month can be adjusted accordingly.

Late Pick Up Fees

Fees apply to 4:30 and 5:30 pick up times.

Five minute grace period, no charge.
-
$5 charge from minute 6 to 15, $5 charge for each additional 15 minute increment.
Billing of Drop-In and Late Pick Up Fees

An incidental invoice will be sent through FACTS every two weeks.

Drop-In and late fees will be billed separately.

Payment can be made anytime but must be paid no later than 10 days after the billing date.

As Needed Drop-In
A limited number of drop-in spaces are available. Please notify the school office by 1:00 for the current day PM session or next day AM session.
