It gives me great happiness as the new pastor of St. Bridget of Sweden Parish to welcome you to the official website of St. Bridget School. Our school is an important ministry of our large and vibrant parish and the parishioners support the school most generously in many ways. 

I thank the parents of our current students for their willingness to entrust the education, and even more importantly, the faith formation of their children to us. It is a sacred trust, to be sure, one that all of us here at St. Bridget take with the utmost seriousness and responsibility. I take this opportunity to remind parents that, while we actively educate and form your children in the faith, we can never take your place, for you are, as the Order of Baptism for Children states, “the first teachers of your children in the ways of faith.” This certainly applies also to the regular education of your children. We are, as I like to say, members of the “supporting cast,” to borrow a term from the entertainment world. We are here to do all that we can to support you. 

I encourage the parents of any prospective students to take a good look at all that St. Bridget School has to offer. If there are any questions, please feel free to direct them to Mrs. Angelita Kingston, the Principal, or to Mrs. Courtney Hansen, the Director of Admissions and Advancement.
