This Week at SBS: Back to School!
Our Teachers are Ready!
Our teachers have begun setting up classrooms last week and are ready to go! All classrooms maintain social distance seating, hand sanitizing stations, and will be frequently disinfected. Temperature checks will be taken every morning upon arrival, with staggered start times to ensure that students, faculty and staff travel safely throughout the school.
Questions about Distance Learning?
When the announcement was made that March 13th was the last day for schools to remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic, our teachers didn’t miss a beat. All grade levels were on-line and ready for instruction by Monday at 9:00 am. With a combination of live virtual classes and independent study, our students completed the academic year, ready for the next.
Our approach was simple. We understood that children learn in different ways. Therefore, we adapted our teaching modes to meet the student’s needs. For more information on our distance learning plans, please contact us at 203.272.5860 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SBS Tours Now Avaliable
St. Bridget School is currently open for one-to-one family tours and assessments. If you are interested in visiting our school, please call the school at 203.272.5860 to arrange an appointment with Mrs. Cummings, our Admissions Director. In following all state and Archdiocesan COVID-19 guidelines, we ask that all visitors wear face masks and that all agree to have their temperature taken upon entering the building.
We offer a full PreK program that is open throughout any school closures, small class sizes, a safe, comprehensive return to in-person instruction plan, Before- and -After Care, a hot lunch program and much more. Please visit our website for a virtual tour, or call us to visit in-person.
