Welcome Sixth Graders!
My name is Mrs. Nott am greatly blessed to be a teacher here at St. Bridget School, which is a strong community of fellowship, academic excellence and love. When I’m not at school, you can find me cantoring at St. Bridget Church, playing with my son, Benjamin, cooking, or watching the Yankees beat the Red Sox.
In Language Arts and Literature this year, we are diving into several wonderful novels and growing in love for literature. We are increasing our confidence as writers through daily writing (and even having fun while doing it!)
In 2020, sixth grade is committed to living out their vocations as disciples of Jesus, students, friends, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters. It is my goal that throughout the course of this year, each one of us (me included!), grows closer in our relationship with our Heavenly Father.
"What I like about St. Bridget School is the teachers because they make me feel very welcome and safe. I like the teachers because they are caring and compassionate with their students. I like the staff at Homework Club, Extension, and at lunch because they also make me feel like I belong in a family. I love that we are able to go to mass as a whole school and pray for people who need our help."
"What I love most about being a student at St. Bridget School is that we get to practice our faith in class. Also, I love that we support a lot of different charities. There are many wonderful teachers."
“Every day I look forward to Lit and Language Arts.”
“Can we just stay in Language Arts all day? That would be awesome!”
“This class is just so fun.”
